Schultz is a graduate of the famed Ecole de Cuisine Le Varenne of
Paris, and has trained with the finest chefs from France, Switzerland
and Austria. He has held Executive and Sous Chef positions in the
finest restaurants and resorts in Scottsdale, Carmel Valley and
Tucson.
At his Red Sky Restaurant, Chef Schultz insists on the finest ingredients
and uses organic products whenever possible to create cuisine that
is melange of California, French and Southwest styles.
